Skein Winder

The purpose of the skein winder was to wind the wool after it was spun. It's hand made from wood and copied from a picture in a book. Mrs. Fouasse owned it. It was made in the early 1900s and used in about 1920-1930. Mrs. Fouasse came from Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes in Manitoba.
