QUESTIONS TO ADDRESS: How is power calculated?... what two factors must be included?
[what weight...can be moved what distance...]

CALCULATE: how does that work out in the CCF powertrain?
[whatever 2 horses can pull, around an 8'circle in a minute]
If the speed and force which are transmitted from wheel to wheel by belts, is directly proportional to the relative size of the two wheels...calculate how the speed of these plodding horses increases, at each step through the power system, and how much force is lost to gain this speed.

TRY to calculate the speed of the wood piece being turned in the lathe? rpm [revolutions per minute]
