The builders were Earl Benson and R.J. McKain. Mr. & Mrs. E. Brown painted the school white with green trim. The sign was painted by Miss G. Proud, a teacher at the time.<br /> The first teacher was Mr. McDonald. The school was closed briefly for lack of students and reopened again in 1921.<br /> In 1940 renovations to the school took place, a cement foundation and a new floor was installed and ten-test put on the walls and a new chimney was built.<br /> Mrs. Dagny Dyrholm was the teacher when the school was closed in 1956 and the children were bussed to Crammond. <br /> The fifth country school built in
