THE PROJECT
The Commissariat 3D Reconstruction Project is a digital recreation of the Rideau Canal's picturesque Ottawa Locks site and Commissariat Building (now the Bytown Museum) as they appeared when the Canal was first opened in 1832. The Commissariat Project is a joint project between the Bytown Museum and the National Research Council Canada, funded by the Virtual Museum of Canada. |
