The Cobalt Silver Heritage Trail gratefully acknowledges the financial investment by the Department of Canadian Heritage in the creation of this online presentation for the Virtual Museum of Canada.
The Cobalt Silver Heritage Trail recognizes the great effort of the citizens of Cobalt in the preservation of their shared history. In particular we would like to dedicate this site in the memory of Mr. Douglas Pollard, publisher of the Highway Bookshop and promoter of northern history, and Mr. Peter Blakey, Professional Mining Engineer and a driving force in the initiation of this project.
