Work you Can do with Horses

The two horse team will:

plow 11/2 to 2 acres per day
disc 10 acres per day
harrow 10 to 12 acres per day
drill 6 to 10 acres per day
plant 8 acres per day
cultivate 8 acres per day
mow 8 acres per day
rake 16 acres per day
or do wagon work 25 miles per day.
