The workboat Captain Ed was used at the shipyard to help maneuver ships (1976). It was named for Captain Ed Fitzpatrick, a former dockmaster and rigger foreman at the shipyard.

The Mark Bolt, a steel workboat built at Marystown Shipyard for service between the shipyard and the Cow Head facility. It was named for Mark Bolt, a worker who died tragically in an industrial accident at the shipyard in 1976.

The Normand Rock was an anchor handler built for P/R Normand completed in 1978.

The Normand Rough was an anchor handler built for K/S Normand Tugs A/S completed in 1979.

The Normand Trader was an anchor handler built for K/S Normand Tugs A/S completed in 1979.

There were five Normand tugs built at the shipyard.
