The overall plan for Creamery Square 2003. This was an ambitious plan involving much of the site..There was a Concession area around a courtyard with a central fountain; an outdoor stage next to the Performing Arts building. The Arts Council were to be in the Ice House and the Farmers' Market in the Shed building

This impression of the Creamery Square Project was eye catching and appealing. Eventually it is hoped the flower beds will exist, although the front central one is unlikely because there is too little room to manoeuvre coaches, and parking space is essential despite the upper parking lot..

The foyer to the Performing Arts building, looks different and the outdoor stage is totally altered.

Site plans for 2009 and 2010 are basically similar. As the project developed and with new people on the different Boards, ideas changed and adjustments were necessary. The Performing Arts Centre became the Centre for the Arts - sustaining a theatre alone could well be difficult, but a Centre for the Arts could incorporate a number of different programs and be more flexible. This in fact has been the last of the projects undertaken, but late 2012 has seen rapid building underway.
