TRANSCRIPT

One of the administration's biggest challenges is to accompany children as they grow. Some will say that, 'Whatever the children's level - primary or secondary - it's only obvious we watch them grow.' But the challenge is more about welcoming into first grade a little girl of five-and-a-half or six years old with her little lunch box in hand, who can't read or write and who has probably never been far from home, and then watching as she grows up. It's about understanding the personality of this child so as to help her mature, assert herself and become more and more independent. As the administrator of CMI, I feel my mission and that of my staff is to accompany children in their evolution. This is a very gratifying experience, particularly when we see them continuing on to secondary school. What's more, today we have the pleasure of meeting the students we accompanied, who've now gone on to become mothers and grandmothers.
