On the School Benches

TRANSCRIPT

The environment of CMI was very safe and secure. We were well supervised and knew exactly what to do. We had to walk on the road the nuns laid out. They were our lighthouses, our guides. We knew we could count on them if we had a problem. They gave us a whole lot of attention. Also, they represented authority.

Manon Beaumier
Student at the Shawinigan Day School from 1966 to 1970 and at CMI in 1971
