I keep repeating to my students that when they're sixteen or seventeen years old and it's time to be interviewed for a summer job, their personality and the way they conduct themselves are of major importance. They're not selling a product, they just have to be themselves. I always say, 'It's not your 95% grade that'll get you a good job. What counts are your values and the way you behave.' This is what's meant by an education for life.
