TRANSCRIPT

Unlike the administrators in public schools and school boards, members of the administration at CMI work in close proximity to the students and teaching staff. So we all rub shoulders as we go about our day. The administrators supervise the teachers and students while working alongside them. This makes for a friendlier atmosphere and warmer relations. I very much appreciate the meetings with students and teachers. We share the same environment and mix naturally while going about our activities.
