Coaches as the Greatest Thing

The greatest thing about Kirkland Lake is...when you are growing up in my day, playing the game, we had the greatest coaches in the world. I mean these guys, like Bun Smith, and ...Mortson, ...McLean, I could go on about the other guys, like Father Les Costello, matter of fact. Ah, these guys, hockey and knowledge of hockey, and they seem to know that that was your dream. And they seemed to push you towards that dream, and make you a better...not only a better person, a better hockey player. And...thank God for those guys, 'cause they made my dream come true.
