Of course your father started Lamb Air? What was there a lot of air transportation back then?

GL
Very little. There was Canadian Airways and uh there was uh…that was about all in our early….at that time. He bought the airplane to start hauling his own fish from William Lake and Moose Lake and then we got one airplane that was in 1934 -35. He was incorporated in '35. A Stinson, and then we went from there to uh…ya know he bought one and then he was away from it for a bit and then he bought another one that he and so on and finally we bought a Norseman in1946 VHS we kept that until '71 I think until we finally sold it. But we ended up, we started out with a the one Stinson flying Moose Lake to here and then the next thing ya know he's doing Indian Affairs work or Government Charter or Medical Services or something. The we needed a second airplane and then a third so then all six boys went and got our pilots license and engineers license, built our hangar and when we finally…well we went through quite a few airplanes, we had uh…Norseman, Otters, Beavers, Cessna's, Fairchild's, uh…Beavers, Otters, Twin Otters, DC-3's, C-46's, Bristol Freighters, we had an awful lot of…I think at one time we had 140 or some employees.
