When I went to CÉGEP and then to university, the professors used to compliment me on my writing skills. They'd say, 'It's easy to see you studied with the Ursulines.' It's true the Ursulines are widely recognized for the quality of education in their schools. Girls who study with the nuns stand out for their work habits and manner of conducting themselves. Intellectual discipline, organized thinking and an emphasis on methodology are all assets developed during the course of study.
