The Misener home comes to rest on its new property, Westfield Heritage Villiage. It is the second building to be added to the site.

In the mid 1980's, Wentworth Pioneer Village is about to be closed down and the Misener home will suffer for the disuse.

Westfield Heritage Village reopens to the public and the Misener house is given yet another chance. A lot of plaster work has been done and tension cables have been added to stabilize and square the house.
