After the Dent murder things pretty much settled down, you know. People got on with their lives. The police wrapped up their investigation and life in the village went on. Sure, people were awfully sorry about Dent's death, and his wife being left without a husband and the boy being left without a father. He was so well liked by most people in Navan and the area. But to be honest, we never heard much about Mrs. Dent and the baby afterwards.

The newspapers had a field day with stories of why Miki was in town to begin with, but in the end nothing much came of that. He was a petty thug, he shot a policeman, and was killed for it. That's the end of the story, really.
