The Vernon house, located beside the Universalist church in Minudie. This was the home of Mary, one of Amos Seaman's daughters, and her family and was built in 1900.

This now derelict house, is located on top of the hill behind the site of the old Seaman homestead. It belonged at one time to Dr. Mitchell and his wife Sarah Seaman. Sarah was the fourth daughter of Amos and Jane Seaman, and was born in 1834.
