You can appreciate back then that everything was packed fresh in season so it was very much a rotational production based on Mother Nature's crop. And it was about availability. It was a very labour intensive business and it was very difficult to finance and very difficult to forecast. Bankers wouldn't give you the money to carry the inventory, and you couldn't tell exactly what Mother Nature gave you which was variable. Was it enough to get you through to next year? Or was it maybe too much and you have and overstock situation.
