Thirteen years later on August 8, 1964, Phyllis married Dave Twerden in the same church in which she received her First Holy Communion.

Our executive and members held a special meeting August 6, 2002 and decided to discontinue services in the Solsgirth Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Church. It was also decided that the building and its contents to the Prairie Mountain Regional Museum at Shoal Lake, Manitoba. It is our hope that the church will soon be moved to the museum and thus may be used for other special occasions and services if desired. (Helen Choptuik)
