Judy Hoyles has been Commanding Officer of 589 Carbonear Squadron since 2002.26
Not just anybody can be a Commanding Officer. It occupies a lot of time, weekends included, and is a year-round job. A CO has to be a dedicated volunteer. They all do it for the love of their community, the squadron, and their student cadets. |
