While she was attending the reception for her solo exhibtion at the Art Gallery of Prince Albert, Wynona commented:

Many students were exposed to my enthusiastic teaching. I enjoy teaching very much. And if it helped them to form their own philosophies and feel secure in their approach to painting, I am very happy. But, I have no way of knowing how much my teaching influenced people. All I know is that I did it from the heart.
