This inscription is by Phoebe Watson. It was found inside the front cover of a copy of Frank E. Page's book "Homer Watson: Artist and Man" In frail writing, near the end of her own life, Phoebe speaks of remembering her brother Homer Watson through his paintings, even though he has long since passed on.
