Wood Mountain Apostolic Church of Pentecost

This congregation built a church in the hamlet of Wood Mountain in early 1900s.

The Pastor was Mrs. Millie (Clifford) Shields. She arrived in this area about 1936 from north-east of the province. This had been a three-point charge with Rockglen, Wood Mountain, and another point unknown at the time of this writing.

The church closed in mid 1960s due to the pastor's illness. She passed away January 1961 and is presumed that this congregation dissolved and/or attended services elsewhere.
