The resurgent forest gives us a clearer understanding of the lives of the people of the region, we are able to see the buildings situated in the landscape as they once were - recapturing the isolation and harshness of the lives led.
This in turn gives added significance to the objects - both the simply utilitarian and the more luxurious.
