On March 17th 1985, Les Sortilèges are invited to the Reagan-Mulroney Gala, held in the Grand Théâtre de Québec. The dancers will wear the "Irish Pub" costumes as an element of a scene, especially created and choreographed for the occasion by Brian Macdonald. The troupe will subsequently present that choreography as part of the show.

In July 1992, the troupe presents the show "Si Montréal m'était dansée" at the Théâtre de Verdure of Lafontaine Park, as a commemoration of Montreal 350th Anniversary.
In August, they participate in the Montreal Popular Concerts series at the Maurice-Richard Arena, with Agnes Grossmann conducting the Montreal Metropolitan Orchestra. In the course of those performances, Les Sortilèges will pay tribute to Gilles Vigneault, performing on a few of his songs, such as "La Vaillante", ''I went to the market'', "Tam Di De Lam" and "La danse à Saint-Dilon". They will also present "Hasidic Wedding" and, as a premiere, "Romanian Rhapsody"and ''Hoe Down''. New costumes were made for the occasion.
