By October 2012 the Ice House was almost finished on the outside - it needed a name and entrance doors, but it was certainly an improvment on the original building. This was followed by a waiting time - money was needed before the Centre for the Arts could commence. Meanwhile the new foyer was a store for an assortment of builders supplies - a pity the interior could not be completed as over the following months it would have been put to good use for talks,displays and a meeting room.
