The Kingsboro Church was located on the south side of the island. A meeting house was built at North Lake to provide for worship services and Sunday School. North Lake is about 4 kilometers from Kingsboro and as the name suggests is located on the north side of the island. The eastern tip of the island narrows to a point which is identified as East Point.
