Question:
Grandma can you tell me anything about your school days?

Answer:

We had to walk to school - it was OK WHEN THE WEATHER WAS NICE.

There was one event that I can still remember of my schools days. This happen in the thirties - when there were lots Russian thistles One day my sister, a cousin and I were walking home from school and they wanted to know how far I could walk with my eyes closed. I walked right into the ditch and landed on a pile of Russian thistles. I was not too happy but my sister and cousin had a good laugh.
