Battling for us and our country

They need courage to stay alive

They served for peacekeeping

Sometimes sad, lonely and maybe happy

We always believed in them

They raise our flag in honour

And for the fallen

We thank them for their courage

For our country and other countries

To keep us and others safe

But we hope, they will come home.

We join in groups on Remembrance Day,

To pay our respect, to the ones that have fallen.
