The Creamery Staff

Dear Cecil,
This is a very difficult letter for me to write.
You as a staff, seemed very close to us. Most of you have been with Tatamagouche Creamery for many years. Some of you from the time we came to Tatamagouche in 1930.
You have been a loyal, faithul group. It is with a heavy heart I now tell you this relationshop must be severed.
After many weeks of serious deliberations, it was decided that the business should be sold. After all possibilities were fully explored, it was felt that in the interest of staff and area served by Tatamagouche Creamery Ltd., the offer made by Scotsburn Creamery was the one which should be accepted.
Mr MacConnell has assured me the business will be carried on in full as in past years.
My sincere hope is that you may have a fine relationship with your new employer. That Tatamagouche Creamery may serve the public even better in the future.
I shall miss our friendly connection. You have been so very kind and considerate in the past months, which were indeed difficult for me as well as the staff.
