Lace continues to be created in St. Marys through a wide variety of techniques. The last part of this exhibit will feature four dedicated crafters that carry on the art of lace-making.
These four lace-makers are a small sample of the continuing legacy of this form of textile craft. Their experience with this work and their reasons for making it can also bring Margaret Weir's work into perspective bridging three centuries of lace-making in St. Marys.
