March 13, 1941: Hebson: That the application of J.W. Bishop for the Park concession at a fee of $25.00 exclusive of ice be accepted. 50% to be paid on signing of contract with the balance owing on July 15, 1941.
June 5, 1941 Hebson: That the license for the Clysedale Dance Pavilion for 1941 be $10.00 payable in advance.
April 7, 1942 Hebson: That D.A. Henderson be authorized to collect 10% commission for renting park cottages, the said commission to be turned over to the Municipality.
June 3, 1943 Hebson: That in view of the new low assessment at the lake a service charge for facilities be made to cover services rendered.
