Farming - A way of Life in North Norfolk

Creator(s): Manitoba Agricultural Museum

This exhibit documents the history of their efforts, in particular the development of farming practices that are still used today. It is richly documented with archival pictures from the Manitoba Agricultural Museum at Austin, which contains Canada's largest collection of operating vintage farm machinery from 1900 and beyond. The collection includes over 500 implements as well as a late 19th century village composed of 22 buildings including an 1883 school house, post office, general store, log houses, railway station and elegant clapboard manor.
