Amazing Grace
March, 2004
Herbert, Saskatchewan, Canada

This very familiar hymn by John Newton is sung here by Kim Jahnke. She recorded it a cappella in her home during the final days of a number of Swift Current Musical Festival performances where she excelled.

"Amazing grace! how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me!
I once was lost, but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see."
