The Plant even had its own paper, The Cordite Review. In an article from the paper, it speaks about people's loyalty to their jobs and how this helped lad the allies to victory. "To be absent from your job without leave is to help Hitler. Absenteeism slows production of planes, ships, guns, tanks, ammunition, and all other materials of war."
