MJ - Marlene Jamieson, interviewee; LW - Lavinia (Ann) Wilson, interviewee / LR - Lyn Royce, interviewer

LR: Well, we saw that 1; no; this is you in Crystal Beach...

MJ: Yeah...

LR: ...with the roller coaster behind you. We want to get that one.

MJ: I used to laugh on the roller coaster. Did you go on the roller coaster Lavinia?

LW: No.

MJ: I went on that one and I used to get so scare... Oh - I should go with these dentures now. They'd just... [gestures dentures flying out of her mouth; chuckles all round] I couldn't stand it though.

LR: I was going to say, roller coaster would go one way, the dentures would go the other, is that what you're trying to say?!

MJ: My body would go the other! But we used to like that. And I used to like The Caterpillar.

LR: Ah! Now this is you.

MJ: Yeah, it is.

LR: That's great...

MJ: Mum and Dad came to see me.

LR: Very good...

MJ: My graduation and that...

LR: Graduation! I definitely think we need to put this in...

MJ: But, going on from that...

LR: Yeah...

MJ: That was a little, little, um, hard with the people. Not the people going there, but um... It was the 1st class there?

LR: Mhmm

MJ: And, you know, um, I don't connect well with some people. [chuckles] And they um, you know, you have conflicts...

LR: Okay...

MJ: What do you call it personality...

LR: ...differences?

MJ: Whatever; differences, yeah, but you have to when you're learning, you know, you have to keep it in your mind that you're there to learn what you want, to do what you want. So, I did. But I was so happy to be out of there. And now that's going to be on there and they're all going to say, 'Oh my! Did she say that?!' Yes, she did! That's us...
