The City of North Bay has come along way in the last 121 years.

Starting as a community founded by the C.P.R. in 1882, to a city dependent upon the rail for employment throughout the majority of our existence. Now in 2003 the former C.P.R. rail lands are now being transformed into a public waterfront park after the rail monopolized our beautiful waterfront for over 100 years.
