From 1862 when Hillary House was first built to 1992 when the last Hillary descendent to live in the house, Nora, departed, Hillary House has seen a multitude of fashion, styles and trends walk through its doors.
The Aurora Historical Society is fortunate to have such an extensive textile collection at Hillary House that illustrates theses changes in fashion.
